Mumkin means ‘possible’ in Urdu and Hindi. Mumkin is a free, Artificial Intelligence-driven app enabling difficult conversations on gender, culture, and society.

Currently, Mumkin enables mock-conversations between its users and fictional Female Genital Cutting (FGC) supporters.

The thought behind the identity stems from one word: conversation. Mumkin (they/them) is also the name of the androgynous mascot, a friendly octopus. Have a look at how Mumkin was born below!

Mumkin values the importance of creating a digital safe space. The brand visually emulates this through soft colours, friendly illustrations, and a warm aesthetic. The design helps balance the gravity of the content by allowing users to feel secure.

Mumkin not only enables mock conversations, but also provides helpful resources and tips for better conversations.

The app further provides useful insights about the female body & sexuality, and features stories from FGC survivors and experts.
